Unresponsive! I called during business hours and no one answered. I left a message requesting a call back about services offered and no one returned my phone call.
We used Greg's service last year to fix our leaf blower and things turned out fine. But recently we reached out about fixing our snowblower and had a very different experience. After picking it up and receiving our deposit, Greg proceeded to perform the work without providing a quote or communicating with us first. It cost way more than we were willing to spend fixing it and when my husband questioned him about it he just gave a story about having to pay medical bills.
