Contacted them by email and got a response within a reasonable time frame. Unfortunately, Greg didn't help with troubleshooting the problem and replaced what he thought was causing the issue and it did nothing to improve the performance of the washing machine (leaking). I was hoping to have all 5 washers fixed but if I can't get the proper help to get it fixed then I lose business. Just frustrating.
