Have had a repair deal ( on their letterhead and signed) for 1 year on a 2019 VW Atlas that I bought from them. The issues are minimal, two new keys with remote start ( remote start came with the car, it’s on the window sticker ), and a new USB port because the prongs have been ripped out. I have called them and made contact 30 times over the past year trying to get this done. My wife called about a 2004 GMC Sierra and spoke with Ricky, a sales rep. He started polite, but he flipped the moment she made her offer. An offer backed by research and the opinion of the local credit union. Even the woman at the credit union asked why they were asking so much for it. We wondered the same thing. It’s a 21-year-old truck with no visible modifications, and they’re asking roughly three times what it’s worth.
