Horrible customer service by Joe at the team counter. Apparently the man that came in the store after me and was waiting behind me needed to be helped first while I was not acknowledged at all. This is the second time I have been in this store and treated the same way by Joe. I think he may not like women or maybe he just thinks we are inferior to men. Either way this company has forever lost my business.
I'm giving Gregory's a 2 because I'm just very upset with them. I wrote them on Facebook before driving 2 hours to pick up a bat that I verified they had in stock. Said they would put behind counter for me and I get there and it's the wrong bat size and they don't have the size I needed. No apologies or anything! The store was nice and did have a huge selection but to have me drive all that way was very disappointing and upsetting. You don't call people a son of a bitch kick them out of your store and tell them to take their business somewhere else for just coming in to pick up one pair of softball pants!! Very rude, very disappointed. Pretty sure that's not how you keep customers. We know a lot of people in the softball world in this area and will definitely be passing along our little experience my husband had at your store yesterday.
Very disappointed in the customer service. Store opened late due to weather, which is completely understandable. I get there at 11 to have my daughters glove steamed. Was told they'd do it if I came back at noon. We drove 45 miles to go to Gregory's for this specific reason. I've had rude customer service here before but chalked it up to someone's bad day. We've spent several hundreds of our hard earn money in this place but after today, Gregory's has lost our business for good.
We love Gregory's! They've done several T-shirt orders for us! They've gotten our orders done quickly, accurately, and affordably! I will recommend them to everyone! Dennis has helped us, but everyone there is great!!
Gregory's was open a little early today and Tony gave me the best customer service. He is so responsible.
Looks like we will be finding a different place maybe more local for any uniforms we need next time. Rudeness and doesn't note cash payments and hasn't got a clue as to what your talking about. They came highly recommended but we will never use them again. I'll give my money to the business that appreciates it.
