Terrible customer service. My boyfriend called up there to ask question about pricing and before my boyfriend was done asking the question and talking they hung up. He was being patient and was even put on hold. I've been in customer service for years and there is no need for that. We are looking else where for business.
We have shopped here for 15+ years and for baseball and softball gear (bats, gloves, cleats, etc)the selection is amazing. Thank you for always having just what we need!!
We have shopped at Gregorys several times and have gotten the best service we have had anywhere...very personal! We needed a bat and they move clothing racks so she could swing it and try it out...then we needed a glove and they broke it in for us while we waited!!! Awesome!
