Visited locations many time before as I am a fellow mall employee myself. Under previous management so the service and atmosphere was always positive and cheerful. I was here 4 times last week to get a Lg ice cup as i always do and encountered a young lady with some black beats on her head and a very nasty attitude. Refused to sell me a cup of ice and only would provide a small. After asking to pay for the difference in cup size she said they don't charge for ice.
