I’ve come a number of times, and they always get my order wrong. I go to a lot of Gregory other location and service is great
I have tried this place several times to make sure that it was not a one off day for the staff. However, it is the same experience I receive. It feels chaotic at the counter. I think because they have to handle so many take out orders. The front staff's customer service response is short and curt. It would be nice to see a smile 😄. I ordered a matcha and this was plain milk. I asked for cold foam and sweetener. Nothing was added. I also ordered one of there juices and it taste old. I always have an issue when ordering from here.
