While visiting Pier A Park, we got cold during the walk and decided to stop into this coffee shop for something warm. There was no wait when we arrived, which was a nice surprise, and the employees were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The coffee was excellent and exactly what we needed to warm up before continuing our walk. The whole experience was quick, easy, and enjoyable. Definitely a great little stop if you’re in the area and looking for good coffee and friendly service!
Came in around 11:30, got an matcha of some sort that was terrible made by the Asian girl. Her demeanor is very off putting for a front facing role. She took my order, didn’t even finish the transaction before walking off and telling her coworkers she is going to clean the bathroom. They are busy hiding in the corner talking. Honestly, I can’t seem to get a nice hot coffee here. Are you afraid of a customer suing you for burns? Service is ok but please serve your coffee piping hot as it should be.
