i come here all the time but there is now new management who is rude. They got rid of one of the nicest baristas, Jayleen. I talk regularly to the baristas and many of them want to leave! They work so hard at work waking up so early and accommodating customers. Charlene and erik are so kind and such hard workers, definitely make coming here an experience!

I've always liked this coffee shop. One of the things that made it special was the staff. The employees who used to work here recognized me and, even if they didn't remember my name, they often remembered my order and would have it ready before I even got to the counter. That personal touch kept me coming back. Lately, though, I've noticed a lot of turnover. The manager at this location does not seem to know how to properly run or operate a coffee shop. I really miss the lady who used to work here — she was a very nice woman who clearly knew what she was doing. I don’t know where they got this guy from, but he doesn’t know what he’s doing. I came in and asked for a refund after the girl at the front charged my card $45 FOR A SIMPLE COFFE. 3 stars only because their matcha & desserts are amazing. Not 5 because the service is terrible when ordering!! They sent me the wrong order multiple times, sometimes I get a refund. Sometimes no. And one time they accepted my order then cancelled it. Their service is a bit inconvenient for those who use doordash. Other than that, great matcha great desserts.
