I want to be clear that this review is not about Gregorys Coffee’s physical stores, which I’ve always enjoyed. The coffee itself is excellent, and that’s exactly why I placed an order through their online store in the first place. Unfortunately, my online ordering experience has been incredibly frustrating. I've been to a handful of Greg's locations and have never had a bad experience. They have very good drip coffee in an area dominated by the generic-ness of Starbucks & Dunkin. Buy a bag of beans to take home and get a drip brew for free!
This was my first time at Gregory’s coffee. I came to this location twice in the day. First time was great, i got a cold refresher in the morning and it was great service and drink. I came back in the afternoon and got a hot green tea and it was visibly very hot. I waited 5-10 minutes for my tea to cool and opened the lid a little while talking to a friend.
