Horrible front office staff. Negligent in providing appointments or return calls for follow up care after ER visit for 10 days. Never did get an appointment. My husband got an appointment with another provider the day we called and had surgery that same week for 2 kidney stones. Dr. Knudson needs to address his office staff incompetence in doing their job and a.lot.less attitude as well. Very happy with Dr. Michael Jordon and his office staff in Marysville. Highly recommend them!!
