Greg is the best appraiser in the biz. He knows his stuff and is great to work with.
Hard working, reliable, honest and priced competitively. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a residential appraisal. Unfortunately, the review below had a bad experience, but licensed appraisers follow specific guidelines and some things are beyond the appraisers control (i.e. banks, interest rates, comps near-by). Truth: Appliances do not increase the value of your home. And, it's not all that uncommon to buy or sell a property without appliances. Just had my house appraised. My house is built in 11/11 they compared my house to houses built in 1950 - 70 the house are smaller and very old and not well maintained and also compared with a foreclosure homes too!! as a result my house value is way below list price. My house is very nice and has open kitchen all stainless steel appliances. When appraised they didn't include the appliances or add ons because Matthew Smith says people who lives in the East Coast takes all there appliances with along with foreclose homes!!
