Dr. Russell and his staff were wonderful in caring for me and assessing my issue. I live in Colorado and didn't have a referral. They were able to see me within an hour of my initial call. After some diagnostics, Dr. Russell left the course of action up to me and supported my choice to take a conservative approach. He emphasized that if my pain level increased to contact him on his cell phone and he'd address the issue. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Russell and his staff.
This was my first root canal, and I was a bit apprehensive about the procedure. Dr. Russell and his staff calmed my fears with a combination of knowledge, kindness, and compassion. He took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the office and surgical procedure. They also appear to be up to date on the latest technology and equipment. I highly recommend Dr. Russell.
What can I say? Dr. Russell is well educated in more than his profession. He is compassionate, kind, patient and spends an abundance of time listening and explaining ALL options. When YOU make the decision as to where you want your care to proceed he expands on the knowledge he has equipped you with after using up to date technology. In my complicated situation he honestly told me I needed to see a periodontist or oral surgeon. He is a VETERAN too! I love this man. Staff is superb.
What can I say? Dr.Russell is well educated in way more then his profession, kind, gentle, patient and comforting. He spends an abundance of time listening and explaining ALL options and moves forward when YOU are ready. In my complicated case, once I decided the direction I wanted to go, he was honest enough to say it belonged in an oral surgeon's' or periodontist's hands. I am so thankful he could accommodate me so quickly.Superb staff! AND he's a VETERAN.I love this man and his story.
