Was referred to Dr Russell from my primary dentist. After a five minute exam he said I was referred to the wrong type of dentist. The cost was $115 and I asked since he could not help me and I would have to go to an oral surgeon did I still need to pay the entire bill. He very curtly walked away and said get a refund from your dentist who did the wrong referral. I never saw him again thank goodness. My visit with Dr. Russell for a root canal was a pleasure. I experienced no pain, a reasonably fair price for his services, a very kind staff, and his good advice with a later follow up making my choice for this endodontist a joy of relief not only from my tooth root infection but the worry about this procedure. I will recommend Endodontist Dr. Russell to my personal dentist as one Endodontist who should be included in their list of referrals.

I was having a crown procedure done by my regular dentist when he discovered that I needed a root canal. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Russell only 3 hours later. I have heard that root canals are very painful, and I was not looking forward to the procedure, but Dr. Russell was able to perform the root canal with no pain (other than the numbing injection that is normal for nearly any invasive dental process). Dr. Gregory Russell and his staff were by far the BEST. Amazing, caring, compassionate care that just can't be beat. Dr. Russell and his amazing staff go above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable throughout the entire procedure. So fortunate that Dr. Russell serves the Berlin community and will recommend my entire family and friends to him. Thank you for making the experience so much better. I was referred to Dr. Russell for a root canal. Never having met him before, and not looking forward to the procedure, I was tentative. Dr. Russell turned out to be the kindest, most efficient, knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant medical professional I've ever encountered. His staff was wonderful as well. His office is organized and immaculate. No clutter, no chaos, no rushing around to keep an unrealistic schedule. Just quality, caring medical treatment.

Dr. Russell and his staff were wonderful in caring for me and assessing my issue. I live in Colorado and didn't have a referral. They were able to see me within an hour of my initial call. After some diagnostics, Dr. Russell left the course of action up to me and supported my choice to take a conservative approach. He emphasized that if my pain level increased to contact him on his cell phone and he'd address the issue. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Russell and his staff.

This was my first root canal, and I was a bit apprehensive about the procedure. Dr. Russell and his staff calmed my fears with a combination of knowledge, kindness, and compassion. He took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the office and surgical procedure. They also appear to be up to date on the latest technology and equipment. I highly recommend Dr. Russell.
