I rented my first apartment ever from Gregory years ago and had a fantastic experience so I was eager to rent from them again even tho my first apartment definitely had issues. So far I've been in my second apartment from them and it has been a NIGHTMARE consistently from day one. The hot water is never hot, the doors and windows are not sealed properly, the floor is coming apart. I cannot say it loud enough: rent from somebody else at this point. The ladies in the office were very nice and they have some properties with great deals.
We just rented a home in Tyler from Gregory Property Management. They were AWESOME. Being new to the area we didn't know who to call for utilities. Upon signing the lease, they handed us a comprehensive list of all utility providers in the area. This was an awesome resource. Additionally, Stephanie in the office is always available to answer my questions. She's very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks GPM! You ROCK!
