When we were looking for a new place in a rush, the people at Gregory were friendly, patient, and helpful. They helped navigate putting the lease in both mine and my sister’s names, waited as I ran back and forth from the office to the bank to the Walmart to get money orders and sort everything out. And through it all, Shannon was quick to answer questions. They have also sent out maintenance people quickly and without an issue when things have come up in the property.
I rent a home from Gregory Real Estate and Property Management company. I have to say they are some of the nicest people to do business with. Anytime I have had an issue they have fixed the issue right away and if they could not fix it they were telling you when it would be fixed. They are really easy to work with and the process is really easy. If you need a place to rent or even to buy a home Gregory Real Estate and Property Management is the place to go!
