We are very pleased with the experience we have had with Gregory Property Management. Their service has been easy to get setup and renew, they have been prompt with all queries and any ongoing needs. Their affiliated maintenance crew/company have also been very responsive and timely in providing any repairs or upkeep that the renter needed. Overall very good experience and highly recommened!
Awful. Unjustified non-sensical charges, tone deaf, unresponsive. Unreasonable. They dictate terms and have fully ridiculous standards and 'justifications' and residents are forced to just take it. I'm sure landlords love them. Everything is a charge. They don't care, they won't listen. They will never forget to charge you, repeatedly, for them doing little to nothing.
