UPDATE: Darrian and Jessica were prompt and helpful rescheduling the tour for me. I appreciate it. I scheduled and confirmed a tour for one of their homes and arrived early for the appointment. Unfortunately, no one was present, and there was no communication or instruction indicating whether the tour was self-guided or how to access the property. We were scheduled for a tour and during our appt there was no call, text, or email or person. A complete waste of our time.
I've been renting a property through Gregory Property Management since July 2025. It's my first time renting in a very long time so I had a little bit of anxiety about going from being an owner to being a renter, but so far the experience has been positive. Everyone I've dealt with at GPM has been friendly, supportive and responsive. Fast response to maintenance requests, which is one of the most important things to a renter. Highly recommend!
Great property management company. They do a terrific job screening the tenants, managing the rental, handling all repairs, and keeping me updated about the status of the property. Very recommended.
