I just renewed with Gregory Property Management. From move-in to to renewal, everything has been smooth. Most recently, I noted in the portal that the vegetation growing on the fence line that was previously added by the owners were overgrown and asked for help and/or recommendations on how to handle it. They sent out Alejandro who did such a fantastic job cleaning everything up. Looking forward to living in this home for another year and hoping for another smooth renewal process next year!
Last evening, Friday, our thermostat and HCAC system died. My health is compromised by heat so I got right on Rentvine and requested a maintenance. Dustin responded Immediately and within 15 min had set-up the service team to arrive the next morning (today). So I have not had to suffer from the rising temperatures! YAY to the TEAM at GPM!! and especially to Dustin for this super quick response!!!!
Joe is very nice and friendly. Maintenance crew is prompt and quick to respond.
