I had massive termite damage on my house. I discovered the termites at the end of May. It took Gregory until August to come inspect the damage, not to mention they showed up without a confirmed appointment, disrupted my work and were heading into my backyard while my dog was present. They finally retreated for termites in September and said they would pay to have the damage fixed. Jeremy Denney has done a great job with our termite and moisture protection plan. He's very responsive and thorough and always gives us great advice.
I am a real estate agent. I use Gregory for my personal home and have been impressed with their customer service. I had clients who we found had active termites only days from selling their home. I was put in contact with James Ryan. He was able to give us the best price and expedite the treatment so we were able to close on time! He was so wonderful, always stayed on top of it and in constant communication with me. I will always recommend Gregory to all my clients now!
After 4 straight years of asking them to STOP knocking on my door to solicit their services I’ve had enough. I live in a no soliciting neighborhood that is clearly marked. I work from home and have a sign asking people not to knock, yet they do anyway. I would NEVER use their services for the simple reason they can’t respect my wishes via the large sign in my whole neighborhood AND the one on my door!
Gregory Pest Solutions has been my exterminator for the last 13 years and I have had great service all of those years. For most of those years Adam has been the technician who services my house. He is reliable, punctual, and always lets me know if he will be either early or late. I feel very safe with him as he exudes the qualities of integrity and honesty. I have been under contract with this company since 2009 and until today have been pleased. Over the years I have been sent a notification when my service was due. I would set up an appointment and would have an inspection. In 2018 I did not get a notification and today I realized I was late. I was told my contract had lapsed. I understand it’s my responsibility to keep up myself but I have always been given notification and thought they would work with me.
