After weeks of delay, because of a broken health care system, Dr. Gregory expedited my surgery and had me admitted to the hospital the day of my first appointment. He is personable and explains everything well, but is staff does not always follow through with referrals and orders for x-rays.
His surgery was done without problems. His support staff, is inadequate. It's been impossible to get a return call just to find out my appointment date. Completely unprofessional. I am on workers comp and missed my appointment. I told them to call and leave a message. Just tell me when it is!!! Obviously, that is too difficult a task. Unacceptable!
