Great office staff. Dr Nguyenduc and has helped me feel so much better. Compassionate and kind.
Dr. Nguyenduc took the time to read my history prior to seeing me & explained thoroughly why procedures are necessary.
Switched to Dr. Nguyenduc years ago on a nurse's recommendation. He's knowledgeable, straightforward, and explains things. I trust him and never feel rushed. And he does televisits.
I've had two previous colonoscopy's performed by Dr. Nguyenduc, and he is always professional, ready and willing to explain the process, and answers questions. I highly highly recommend him.
Told me he could do nothing to help me. Asked practice manager for different doctor and was denied reschedule. Asked why and was told that was confidential. Requested a call from practice manager and never got a return call. I was never rude or disrespectful. Treated very differently when I got a second opinion elsewhere.
