I’ve called Dr. Mitchell’s office all week for results promised last week. His office is unresponsive and unhelpful.

Billing is a nightmare. My husband had an appt on October 16, 2025 with doctor Greg Mitchell who is wonderful. He had his annual check up with a PSA. All of this is covered under his copay. He received a bill for $30 for the PSA which insruance verified is covered. PIedmont billing on my chart simply responds there is a zero balance. We finally spoke with a billing agent who stated there was an issue within Piedmont, and she would send it back and refund us. Not a word and no refund three months later. It is all a scam. Dr. Mitchell’s practice along with entire staff is professional and polite. I always have had pleasant experiences on my visits
I was calling this office to inquire about a service and was met with one of the most rude receptionist I have ever encountered, her name is Keisha. First, she was forwarding the calls from the patient line. Then when I called a different line, she answered that with the attitude, & spoke over me as I tried to explain that the line hung up on me and now wasn’t connecting.
