I hit the jackpot on GI physicians, following an acute episode. I was referred to Dr. Woodfork for follow-up procedures. He was incredibly kind, compassionate, thorough and took time to really listen to me. I was instantly put at ease and felt completely confident in the procedures and recommendations moving forward. I will not see another GI Specialist- I'm sure they don't make them better than him. I highly recommend Dr. Woolfork!

I was disappointed that Dr. Woolfolk did not see me following a colonoscopy/endoscopy and then relegated me to his nurse for follow-up in six months. I feel this behavior is demeaning, impersonal and uncaring. While I may not be the most challenging or interesting case, I did ask for an appointment with the doctor, not his nurse practioner. I do not appreciate being dismissed without the opportunity to ask questions or have a treatment plan. I was referred for a colonoscopy in July and then an endoscopy in September. DR was so good to listen to my concerns and then call personally with results

Dr Woolfolk did my colonoscopy, he was awesome; answered all my questions, and took his time with me. The staff that assisted was Great! Great Experience, didn't feel like I was in a assembly line. My new doctor from now.
This is the first and only doctor I have ever seen that actually cared enough to personally call me with my results. He listens and has a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Woolfolk actually questioned a test result and got a second opinion without me even asking! If you are having any issues that require this kind of specialist, please get an appointment and see this Dr. He is in the process of saving my life. I feel very confident with him as my specialist.

hes been the only dr i have who actually cares and listens i kept complaining about pain in my liver area and even my oncoligist said its a fatty liver your just over weight but dr woolfolk saw i was in pain we decided to do a liver biopsy and i had early stages of liver disease and he wanted to communicate with my other drs he was the only one .i had a problem during my colonoscopy he came all the way back in to hospital to make sure nothing was wrong i tell everyone about him hes amazing dr
