Specifically their aesthetic services are phenomenal. Kellie is extremely knowledgeable and has completely transformed my skin after all of the damage from the cystic acne scars. Her recommendations are spot on and she is driven to help find the regimen that will make your skin it's best. I can't say enough!
I thought I had made an appointment to actually see the doctor, not his nurse. Dr. Houck runs three offices, all staffed five days a week. He spends little time in each office. Conceivable, you could go to his office for some time and never meet the doctor. What a money machine!
I have been seeing Dr. Houck for the last 8+ years; yesterday was my last day waiting and waiting in his lobby. Through the course of the last several visits I have had to wait longer and longer to see the doctor; past my appointment time. I am a businessman and repeatedly advise the reception person that I have limited time as I have clients myself that have appointments that I will not be late for; in my office. After sitting 30 minutes past the appointment time I walked out.
