Dr. Houck’s level of compassion is outstanding. He always takes the time to not only explain my diagnoses, but also to inquire about my family. He and his staff provide top notch dermatological care!

I would strongly look for another dermatologist if you can. My mother-in-law went through months of agony because he told her she had scabies when it was a form of eczema. For months this poor woman of 76 yrs old had to endure the constant itching and washing of her clothes, towels and sheets every day. I went with her to her doctor visits... waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Then he looked at the patches (did not even touch her) - said the tests were not conclusive and to continue with the

Dr Houck and staff were great! I made my appointment with ease and Dr Houck made me feel very comfortable during my skin exam. Would certainly recommend him to family and friends.
Dr. Houck has always been personable with me. I usually see Allison Lee for check-ups and minor issues, and she is very professional in her interactions and at the same time carries an assuring comfort factor that can be lacking in some medical offices. Staff has been great and scheduling is accommodable. For me, his/her services are well worth any unfortunate wait time.
I was a first time patient. The wait time was an hour. Staff spent more time with me than Dr. Houck. The Dr. was rude, impatient and disrespectful. During checkout I was overcharged, as it was minutes before the office was due to close. After billing correction, my prescription was sent to a pharmacy of my choice. The pharmacy did not receive the script. I called Houck's office, spoke to his answering service three times while waiting an hour. I gave up and went home.
Dont question him as a dr ... question him as a person. I was refered & ghastly disappointed. He is arrogant & does not like being questioned. Didnt even talk directly to me & refused to share my test results.
