Been seeing Dr Mauldin for a few years. He truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend his practice.
The doctor .I have ever been to, has worked with for thirty years and I would recommend him highly.
While my experience with the Dr was good his practice manager was extremely abusive. While gasping for air after they failed to process the necessary insurance paperwork the practice manager called me to berate me. I have never experienced narcissistic abuse the likes of which I did over the phone with this person. The next day it was evident that she lied to the doctor and whitewashed her abusive behavior. Very poorly managed practice. It is impossible to get a call back from the "nurse" line. Ask for a call back from the practice manager--of course, never heard back.
