Met for a serious condition and requested follow up and ongoing advice got none....silent Written request for med records, 8 weeks nothing
Dr. Koshkarian is a great doctor. He spends time with you and answers all questions and concerns. But, neither he nor his NP follow up on prescription refill requests from the pharmacy! Every prescription they have put me on, when the number of refills runs out and the pharmacy reaches out, they get no response! This is not the first, or even third time this has happened! I have called and sent messages through their patient portal and both go unanswered. Not good!
I have been a patient of Dr.Koshkarian for about 6 years now. Without exception both he and his staff are without a doubt both personable and professional. Treatment and explanations are provided in a clear and concise manner with clear explanation(s) provided regarding any future follow-ups. As an added bonus, along with the rest of the staff, both Lona (Dr. K's assistant) and Kellie (DNP) are top notch !!

First time. Staff was friendly. Wait was minimal and I was seen by Dr soon after being in the room. Explained a plan to diagnose my issue.
