The appointment was quick, painless, and I feel great 4 days later. Dr. Jia was also the only doctor I could find that would see an active duty military member.

Dr. Jia and his staff were very professional and courteous. They took the time to listen to my elderly father. They explained the procedures and options to him thoroughly.

The doctor and nurse were great but the office staff is rude and ignorant. They will ask you to sign digital documents and if you ask to see what you’re signing they point to a laminated piece of paper and ask you to “trust them” that what you sign is the same as the paper. Not a big deal if it’s anything other than health documentation. They get obnoxious if you point out that you can’t actually know what you are signing unless they show you what it is. My visit lasted less than 5 minutes, he stated I needed a kidney Dr.he could have called me and said that. Two Drs stated that I did not need a kidney Dr. and refered me to a urologist.
