The Nurses were so kind and helpful & all the hospital staff were great
I have known Dr Jia for several years (9) and he is superior clinically, with sincere compassion. He explains issues very thoroughly. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Jia was thorough in explaining my concerns and gave me a better understanding about what to expect.
Takes time to answer questions and that patient is in agreement with future plans
I arrived early and had barely sat down when they called me back. His nurse was efficient and so pleasant, just as his receptionist was. Dr Jia reviewed my scans, explained what they meant, and ordered a more specific scan to focus in on the issue. He was pleasant but also serious about the next steps and he was reassuring.
No wait time, friendly staff, was not in a rush
Was informative above my case up front and knew what the line of treat was going to be.
Dr Jia is always very kinda & explains everything where you can understand what is going on or what you need to know. I would definitely recommend him.
Did not care. Did not listen. Was not smart enough to help anyway. Poor comprehension of grammar. A waste of time.Disgusting.
