My mother recently had Dual Angioplasty’s performed in both legs by doctor Westin. We were told he would be performing all surgical procedures and would be assisted by students and Orientees. One surgery was performed by who we believe to be doctor Westin, the second round of surgery however, was absolutely not performed by doctor Westin at all and my mother was used as what I believe to be a “test subject” as she has severe nerve and muscle damage in one of her legs.
