I regret doing shoulder surgery with Dr. Northrop in 2015. I was told it'll fix the pain from tear in rotator cuff. I should've thought more before the intrusive operation. I still have pain constantly although I followed all instruction he gave me. I went back to him, but I don't think he had any solution for the ongoing pain. He asked if the pain is "livable". Of course it's not! Some told me to sue, but I refrained from doing so. Please be careful, think twice before rushing into letting anyo
Dr. Northrop listens, explains, and shows he genuinely cares. He does not push surgery, although at a certain point he might highly recommend it. I feel confident in his care.
He is an excellent doctor. I thank you for having him as my orthopedic specialist. All of the staff are courteous and helpful.
