dr catalano is a great doctor. Very personable and expert at what he does.
He is kind and very good.
Went in for foot pain. Front staff was friendly and checked me in quickly. Had to get some x-rays, which was also super quick and painless. Dr. Catalano explained my condition and the options thoroughly and took time to answer all of my questions. Great provider.
First visit to Dr. Catalano, I had toe pain for two years. He explained I had a fungus on the nail bed and an ingrown nail. I was offered a couple of different treatments and opted for partial toenail removal. Painless procedure was out in forty minutes.
Went and had an x-ray on my left foot, to consider if a second surgery was necessary on one of my toes. Dr. Catalano examined the x-ray and shared his opinion with me. He gave me the options I was looking for to make the best decision for me. Easy to talk to and he gives great advise.
I did a bit of research on my soreness after visiting my general practitioner, who referred me to Dr. Catalano, so I could ask some specific questions. Dr. Catalano answered them with reasons and gave me the scientific names of the joints and bones in question. He recommended possible treatments and left me to decided what I wanted to do.
He did not answer all my questions. When asked about the % chances of complications he did not answer. In comparison, a Mass General Brigham Dr had all that information and easily shared it with me. It makes it much easier to make an informed decision when the Dr takes the time to explain success and complication rates. Dr. Catalano was somewhat rude and impatient.
Professional. Courteous. Articulate. Displayed patience.
Dr Catalano did an excellent job helping me with the broken bone in my foot. He was always helpful, considerate and on time. I could not ask for more.
