They close at 5:00 pm. My appointment was for 3pm, I didn't get taken in till 3:30. Waited another 30 minutes and then assistant started her testing, then waited again for Dr. Cox. He rushed his exam and was changing lenses in the equipment faster than I could readjust my eyes. Out the door with a trial pair that turned out to be worthless. I called them and staff said he had already ordered a different prescription. Waited a few more days and went in and they didn't recheck my eyes , just handed me replacement lenses.
