Dr. Cook has been very helpful to me in dealing with Achilles Tendonitis caused from taking the generic form of Levaquin (which should be taken off the market, imho) to treat chemical pneumonia. Everyone who works at Fit Feet for Life has been very professional, friendly, and nice. The office setting is professional, clean, run efficiently, and appointments kept on-time.
I felt Dr. Cook did an excellent job on initial appointment and excellent on follow ups
