Dr. Byrd is the best as well as his staff. I wouldn't trust anyone else with these hands!!
The service I received from nursing student Alexiya and the provider's MA who was quite unprofessional. Alexiya came and got me from the waiting room. She already had this look on her face that she didn't want to be there and was not pleasant to deal with whatsoever! She was rude, abrasive, and had this very unprofessional attitude. Dr Byrd was relaxed and it put me at ease as he explaining my surgery to me He really listened to me and I appreciated his going over repeated questions
