The customer service needs help...the office staff just doesn't care..
RecommendedI am 60 years old and have never been to a Dermatologist. I was so scared, literally shaking and as soon as Dr. Alex came in that all changed. She and everyone in the practice were so wonderful and understanding. They even joked to ease my anxiety. I am a patient for life, and will never go any place else! Thank you all for everything you do! Love you guys❤️. Still trying to get my husband in there! Lol
i have been a patient of greg's since i moved to florida 7 years ago. he is the whole package---smart, listens to the patient, pleasant to interface with and skilled. he is exactly what i look for in all my doctors. tremendous office atmosphere and staff too.

I had my first appointment today and was very pleased with the office. Scheduling my visit was a breeze, everyone was extremely welcoming and courteous and Dr. Sarah Cerminara comfortably eased my skin concerns with a thorough exam. Very happy with my visit!
Close proximity to where I live and extremely experienced in all phases of dermatology. Dr. Rick is great....highly recommend this practice.
