Do NOT use this company. Communication is poor, and they mishandled my policy cancellation—telling me it was canceled when it wasn’t, even after multiple confirmations. No accountability and very unprofessional. I was still being charged next month and trying to get a refund is painful. They also don’t shop for better rates, and when asked, they respond very slowly. Overall, a frustrating and unreliable experience. I would not recommend them.
I recently had a great experience with Gregory & Appel Insurance and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable coverage and excellent service. From the beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful in explaining my options in a clear and easy-to-understand way. They took the time to understand my needs and made sure I had the right coverage without any pressure or confusion.
They have a terrible turnover rate so every time you call it will be a different person. Non the less they are nice people but it gets challenging operating my business with them. Would not recommend
Had been customers of Gregory & Appel for several years as homeowners, auto, Insurance agents etc, but out of the blue this year we were transferred to another agency even farther away and more inconvenient with NO communication for G&A. I guess they have decided to eliminate their small customers. Stay away, we had poor customer service and never knew who are agent was as it changed all the time with each communication.
