Dr. Tocks is very informative and personable - very willing to take as much time as needed to answer all questions.
Dr. Tocks left me feeling rushed and unheard. While his physical exam I think was thorough, he launched straight into the next step being an MRI and he didn't take a breath while saying so. He made it sound like an MRI was a done deal and he gave instructions to talk to checkout to get it set up (sounding as if he was about to leave). I was seen in a very timely manner. The assistant interviewed me and actually relayed all of the info to Dr. Tocks. He was completely prepared for my visit, was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Reviewed previous films from a different provider and had a diagnosis w options after physical exam and reviewing history and tests. Didn’t require further X-rays which rarely happens in an orthopedic office. I was very pleased w the entire visit.
Got good straight forward information. Everything has worked out extremely well from this experience.

Not only has Dr. Tocks shown me how negligent doctors can be but he has made me lose all faith in his practice. Went in to visit for severe shoulder and neck pain. He had reviewed MRI that was done for my neck prior to visit by a neurologist, and jumped to a conclusion from that image. I specifically asked him to at least check out my shoulder. Casual in his approach, Dr. Tocks was reassuring and inspired confidence in his work as well as my ability to fully recover. His explanations of the process, including surgical x-rays and recovery were thorough. If I still had questions they were addressed thoroughly and respectfully. He never wasted time but never rushed me. I highly recommend Dr. Tocks.
He is very friendly and personable. Takes the time to listen and explain things!
I'd recommend Dr Tocks.He performed the same surgery on my wife. Hers was excellent and that's why I'm having him do my total knee.
