Dr. Jicha ia an excellent neurologist and very thorough in evaluating his patients. However, his phone receptionist today refused to make an appointment for my husband despite that he has been seen previously by Dr. Jicha, but not recently and said a referral would be needed even though it wasn't an insurance requirement. Also, my husband has only been to physicians in the UK system and they can easily access all his records. This was very disappointing since it states on Healthgrades they accept new patients:
