This doctor’s office was rude with no respect to patients. One way notice to change schedule like take it or leave. They are not deserve my business.
Grant lacks compassion plus appropriate communication skills . He has not much knowledge about wounds , he babbles B.S. and tells you all the negative s could happen. MR. GRANT said this to me " Stop talking now because I don't have a lot of time here!!". He also said " your 2 Toes need to be cut off plus probably your leg.". Dr. Gregory Grant is a great Dr. the only reason I am not giving him 5 stars is because of his inept staff. It was a Nightmare experience from the minute I walked in the building in Bothell. Poor signage, the receptionist was condescending with no common basic manors just barking orders ....... no please or thank you. I specifically choose Dr Grant because he was in network with my insurance, the staff billed my insurance for another Dr. that was out of network charging much more to both my insurance and me.
