I get good customer service. I’m currently leasing a 2018 Forster Subaru which I will own in the near future. Very pleased with my Subaru.
This has nothing to do with the dealership but about my horrific experience with the service dept. Car with under 15.000 miles and AC not working. They wanted $179.00 to check it. Really? Shame on them. My first Subaru and likely my last. Service manager extremely nasty. Within seconds he and the service lady made me hate my car .
Not only was I told that I can not go to them for service, my car is 2 months old, but I have to go back to the original place of purchase to get anything looked at because it’s so new. When I asked what the cut off mileage was there was no good answer. I then asked for a manager, and only then they said that they could get me in 4 weeks out. The women was beyond rude!
