We just switched to Gregg's a couple months ago and so far we are very happy. The technician leaves us notes about what was done and what needs to be done. We had some specific things we wanted and they were taken care of on the very first visit. We never knew when (or if?) our last guy ever showed up, but Gregg's leaves a log so we know what is happening.
Excellent personalized service. Our pool was completed very quickly and it turned out better than we imagined! They do a great job with their weekly pool servicing too.
