We purchased a certified pre-owned 2021 ford explorer with a 30 day bumper to bumper along with other warranty. THEY LIED ABOUT THE LOAN AMOUNT
Ended up coming in for an oil change today had an issue at Walmart at the self checkout and I ended up being late because of Walmarts mistake didn’t end up figuring something out for like 15-20 minutes. If I could give negative stars, I would! Service advisor was terrible and when I requested more information on my quote, the supervisor won't even respond!
