I had a great experience purchasing my new Ford E350 box truck from Landon. Was able to do the deal over the phone and he had the truck all prepped and ready for me upon arrival. I was in and out of the dealership quickly and on the road. Probably the easiest buying experience I've ever had. Thanks also to Kory who runs the overall operations. He is a great sales manager for the dealership.
I bought a truck Thursday drove. Home all was good. Nice truck. Friday drive to ankeny check engine light comes on after driving 300 miles!!.. so I call first thing Saturday. They basically tell me not our problem. Good luck!!!. Definitely wouldnt recommend this place if they cant even offer to fix something you pay thousands of dollars for after 300 miles. I wont go back here.
Prompt greeting upon arrival. I was informed they were running a little behind at my arrival, but they kept me informed as to when my car would be getting worked on. Nice clean waiting area with beverages and snacks available. Routine maintenance work was competitively priced for the area, my car was returned to me without any oil or dirt smudges. I will definitely be returning for future service work on my vehicle.
Walking into the dealership was worried about trading in my old truck and they worked amazing with me on every strop of the process. I got to go home with an amazing new truck that will be great and affordable for my family. A very special word for Jonathan with working with me on this purchase he is a very great team member at Greg young.
