Good people no pressure
Very friendly, very fast response
This was absolutely one of the most horrible car buying experiences of my life. The pickup that I picked out we went to pick up on a Wednesday and nobody was there for the financial part of it. And then the next day I was late to work because this brand-new pickup wouldn't start. Then they brought me up a minivan when I was supposed to take my kids camping. By the time the pickup come back it was Saturday afternoon and Sunday it messed up again. After this I took them their pickup back and I just picked up my trade in.
Dealer was very helpful and accommodating. They did not have the vehicle that we were looking for, but I would gladly do business with them.
Good to work with Travis was great
They took 3 days to get back with me via a generic email. I returned the call that day and the vehicle I was looking at had been sold. I understand people buy vehicles. I was upset with the turn around time and the less than personable email. When I called I didn't even get to speak to the person that wrote the email. I got a secretary trying to sell me a vehicle. She couldn't answer Any questions about the vehicle. Disappointed.
We were well cared for. Will buy a pickup from these folks next!
