Very unprofessional daughter took her 2018 Chevy Trax in for it too be worked on and give her every excuse on why her vehicle isn't repaired. I called to see what the status was and they put me on hold while they transferred me to the service department. I was on hold then I get someone how can direct your call. Even though I live almost 1000 miles away, I honestly couldn't have been more pleased with my experience in purchasing a new vehicle from Gregg Young Cadillac. They received an allocation for a car I was looking for, and even though it was several months out from being built, Nick and Casey updated me constantly throughout the process all the way up until it arrived at my home. It was such a seamless process, that they will definitely be my first choice to work with if Im ever in the market for another Cadillac.
