I have seen Dr. Helms for 26 years. He is my primary care physician. I recommend everyone I know, specifically dancers and athletes, to him regularly. I have seen many chiropractic kinesiologists in the different cities I have lived. Dr. Helms is one of the best. My first impression was his desire to listen and respect a person's insight into their own body. Knowledgeable, kind, creative, and insightful.
