I was told that I was buying my car for 30k but it was listed for 35k,but they would knock off 5k not only did my paperwork not say anything but I was paying 8.7 interest rates instead of 6 I would end up paying 67k by payoff and they said they were throwing my gap insurance for free which is $1200 and then I was never told about portfolio service contract which is 49 7387 nor was I told about an easy care warranty for 4$187.21 that I have an option to not have those so they screwed me right there out of $10,000 right off th... read more

Orr Toyota Hot Springs is the most dishonest dealership I have ever had the experience to deal with. If they can take advantage of you and deceive you in anyway rest assured they will. Be very careful when buying a car or using the service dept. The leadership at this location is about as crooked as they come. I am very surprised they have been able to get away with this for so long. Orr deceivingly sold extended warranties and added into the price of the vehicle. In early August 2020 I purchased a used 2017 Camaro RS that was fully loaded and opted for the extended bumper to bumper warranty. ($4K) Very friendly sales staff and appreciate my salesman even giving me a call on my birthday (May 2021). I did however start having issues with the transmission jumping and the radio blacking out the first few days after the purchase. I took it back and asked the service department to have a look. I am in receipt of the above-referenced complaint. After conducting an internal review of the matter, our findings are that there was no wrongdoing on behalf of our dealership or Service Department. In August 2020, Mr. ****** came to our facility for a radio black out issue. We ordered a new radio and replaced it on 08/26/20. We purchased a very nice and affordable car from Orr Toyota in Hot Springs. We truly felt like they appreciated our business. They worked very hard to get us a great deal. It was wonderful the way they made us feel so special. From Alan Winkle and Curtis Farthing to all involved with the transaction, we couldn't be happier. It was truly awesome. We will definitely return and we highly recommend Orr Toyota in Hot Springs to anyone who is ready for another vehicle.

Long story short- I could have purchased the same vehicle For $6,000 less than what I was being (over) charged at ***. I ended up purchasing a vehicle at a different dealership with a totally different and wonderful experience. The unprofessional and dismissive Finance person (*** ***) at *** Toyota in Hot Springs answered every one of my questions with a demeaning tone and flippant answer rather than being professional and answering my questions appropriately. The day before Thanksgiving in 2019 I purchased a vehicle from Chance R****** of Gregg Orr Toyota in Hot Springs. He promised me a $100 gift card if I purchased that day from him which I did. He also scheduled a service date for my car for the following week (cleaning, detail, exc.) I notified him Friday December 29th that after taking the pre own sticker off there were a couple chips in the glass. He assured me he would have it taken care of when my car was serviced. We had an unscrupulous process used on us. Their tactics are intentionally deceptive. Using three people to pass the blame is a useful trick. We were sold a vehicle and as a way to get me to agree for the price he said he would include a 120K/8 year warranty in the price. We came to an agreement completely, finally. It was late at night and the paperwork was prepared and my husband signed it without reading it all. The finance manager told us what it said and he signed. they have no problem lying. I would not trust them twice they lie through their teeth. saying the auto need stuff like alignments, when taken to a real mechanic and it turns out the alignment was perfect. Caught them in a 2,000 + lie and they new that they where caught and to get out sent me a check for over 2000+ just to keep quite. Management must codons this action.

Was told the extended warranty wouldn't cost us a dime. LIES. Got my sales contract in and was charged for a $3000 warranty. I contacted them to explain a mistake was made. He called me and stated he never said that & that it was too expensive to give away. I told him I had 2 witnesses that heard him say it & he still argued that he would never say that. MORE LIES! We were going to purchase an warranty anyway, so why lie. So now we are stuck with the most expensive one they offer, go figure. Please go elsewhere. Don't let th... read more
