The doctor is great. The office staff fails to keep up with requested prescriptions. Many time I have to request multiple times.
Dr Koval has been an important part of my health care life for 14 years. He has seen me through the care and then the death of my late husband after numerous hospitalizations. He has also seen me through my own cancer crisis! I rely upon his medical expertise as well as his calm personality. His nurse Joy is incredibly important to me as well. Thank you Dr Koval.
Dr. Koval and his staff consistently go out of their way to provide excellent care, focused specifically on each patient's unique needs. I feel fortunate to be part of MDVIP's exceptional network and system. Beyond simply receiving health care, I feel healed.
This experience was heartbreaking. Despite having a VIP membership, our friend did not receive the care he desperately needed. He endured severe pain from cancer for six months, while the only response was continued pain medication. Ultimately, he had to take his own initiative to see an oncologist, but by then it was too late. Dr. Koval never visited him in the hospital and never acknowledged his passing. What I appreciate the most about Dr. Koval and his staff is how quickly he responds when I am ill. Generally, when I become ill, the onset of my being ill is very rapid. He is easy to talk with and is genuinely concerned about my health and any issues that I may have. Dr. Koval is an excellent doctor and diagnostician!! I HIGHLY recommend him and his staff!
