My mother paid this man almost $4000 for a simple name change, which was not completed! He filed the EXACT SAME paperwork that she could have filed HERSELF online for free. All of the stuff that was written in the contract was NOT performed, nor was the work that his original assistant Darla, followed. His new assistant has completely changed the game as far as his original work ethic was concerned, and for this i will never be recommending his firm again! Way to lose a huge fan Gregg!
