Just not happy with the care, fillings recieved have fallen out repeatedly, and they did not provide accurate billing. When we requested an itemized bill, it was very vague and there were charges they could not explain. After demanding itemized bills to compare to our insurance, how services were covered ect. they were very beligerant. They refused to send an itemized bill. Our family had been a patient of Dr. Gregg for years and even referred our friends to his practice. He was all around a great dentist. The office staff is out-of-control. Imagine having a dust-up with the new office manager when we were overcharged and due a refund. She was offended by what she thought was "rude tone". Really? You have a right to that with a customer?
