I had a dual Rheem system installed in my new construction home by Gregg Cowan Heating and Air, and overall, the experience has been excellent. At move-in in October 2024, I did run into an issue with the upstairs system not working. Fortunately, temperatures were mild at the time, but I was still concerned. Contract service system check up
Dave always does a great job. Since I had a new unit installed 4 years ago and the compressor went bad and it was still under warranty I was confused as how much was covered, since the charge was $1,170.00; was that the installation charge? Glad to go have A/C working again with summer coming on.
