This rating is being given based on all the extra Tax dollars this office has charged me since 2011 by not allowing me to claim a homestead exemption on my house because I did not have a car registered to my name showing my address on it. Every year I have had to pay a higher Tax rate because I drive a dealership demo and did not have a car registered to me!
