I walked out of our appointment, I went in with my adhd child to see Julie - 1 hour appointment she spoke to us for approx 5-7mins then spent the rest of the appointment serving customers and answering the phone obviously not understanding an adhd child is not going to sit and wait for her for at least half an hour. I told her we will have to rebook as he has got his limit, she still charged me for the full consult or lack of consult.
